Jump into local church ministry with both feet in post-Christian Britain as a 2-year ministry apprentice. Get equipped for conversations & ministry with robust theological training required to face the onrush of secularism. Using your gifts, skills, prior training, and long-term ministry goals, join a community of like-minded believers and support the local church planting network in a post-Christian context. Engagement in theological training (1-2 days/week) required for during your term as a 2-year apprentice. Graduate diplomas and Masters level theological training available at this location.

Disciple youth & young adults towards spiritual growth through mentorship, programming, leadership development. Help catalyze their involvement with the local church & being actively missional in their community. 

Seeking a couple to lead the chaplaincy and discipleship ministry for migrant and refugee families. Latin American background and experience working with an NGO connected to the Church preferred. This role is responsible for establishing relationships with the families, visiting homes, dealing with cases of domestic violence and abuse, and promoting Bible studies and pastoral counseling. 

Work alongside current teammates, local partners and the church to develop programs and curriculum from scratch that empower nationals to support their neighbors and friends impacted by disability. 

Use your agricultural skills to help us develop and grow our 42-acre ministry center into a self-sustaining and productive farm. With your passion for farming, work with our team and train locals in a Christlike way and help to expand the farm’s offerings. Since the largest cost of the ministry center is food, key responsibilities will include growing crops, developing and selling cash crops, raising livestock, and teaching farming to locals. Available to men.
