Our desire to walk in real relationships with real people is fueled with by our hunger to point our friends to Christ and invite them into the fullness of life found in him. We create a safe and inclusive space for them to freely express themselves. To achieve this vision we meet them as secure, confident and content friends. We can be faithful to this by practicing true sabbath rest, holy indifference, and healthy boundaries.

Looking for workers with a servant's heart, willing to be flexible, learn Spanish, and do ministry under local leadership, accompanied by experienced Mesa Global workers. Through our network, there are a wide variety of interests that could serve well. Especially church planting and life on life discipleship, and other ministries.

We are looking for those with a heart to teach ex-pat children, allowing families to remain and thrive on the field, and also people eager to connect informally with other young people to provide encouragement and discipleship to believers, and/or sharing and pre-discipleship with Muslims, through testimony and exploring the Word together.

Looking for people who have an interest and understanding of reaching the nations locally. Those that want to reach Muslims, Buddhists, and Hindus without leaving their country. We are looking for people who want to help us on the Furniture Friends side of things by having a role and responsibility, but who also are opening to visiting international students and refugees and engaging them with the gospel.

Our team serves separately in different segments of society in fullness and comes back together to invest internally as a team so that we can go out into the darkness of the city filled-up. We serve with a variety of locally Thai-led red light ministries, underprivileged kids ministries, and university outreach efforts. We do not want to be the driving force of ministry efforts, but rather to come alongside local believers and the local church to join and encourage as God provides the opportunity. We believe in the strength and priority of spiritual formation. We strive to encourage our team to learn more about God and lean more on Him as they serve in new depths. As each person on our team may be involved in a different area of focus, we mentor and provide healthy connection and encouragement following the needs of each ministry direction.

Work in the classroom alongside Ugandans developing & coaching them, collaborating on developing contextualized curriculum and share teaching resources. Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development or Early Education required. Available to women.
