Seeking someone to help develop and facilitate transformational spaces of learning and development for partners. These are non residential spaces and short retreat spaces that involve ongoing relationship with participants. This person should have experience as mentors and facilitators and preferred experience in spiritual formation.

This person should have experience in the area of Spiritual formation and in mentoring or spiritual direction, which he or she will use to care for EM staff, invest in partners, and act as a shepherd within the community.

Seeking a couple or family passionate about the East Mountain mission of Christian leadership development to serve as House Parents for our young adult students aka residents. You will live in the ministry house, an apartment located above the student residences, where you’ll provide ongoing support and guidance to the student residents.This position will work collaboratively with the residency team to care for the residents and support the residency program. It will also involve some coordination with housekeeping and maintenance of the property. Cross-cultural experience is preferred.
