Serve in Mexico and build relationships with children, youth, and families in communities experiencing poverty and marginalization. Help create spaces where young people can experience belonging, discover their God-given gifts, and grow in faith and leadership.

What you'll do:

• Mentor children and youth
• Lead Bible clubs and discipleship activities
• Support camps, VBS, and youth events
• Provide tutoring and educational support
• Facilitate arts, music, sports, and creative activities
• Encourage emerging young leaders
• Support families and local volunteers
• Help develop new programs and outreach opportunities
• Share stories of impact through communication and media
• Engage in church and community life
• Learn Spanish and grow in cross-cultural ministry

We're looking for people who are:

• Passionate about children and youth
• Relational, flexible, and teachable
• Creative and proactive
• Team-oriented and culturally humble
• Willing to learn Spanish
• Interested in education, counseling, social work, communications, or ministry
