Seeking an individual who will be responsible for giving structure and direction to the Tuscan Fellowship Christian Church’s projects. This person will be involved in the church’s work in the community and evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats their various initiatives. This person will be responsible for devising strategies for raising funds, creating action plans to implement in the projects, and training a team of people to support the projects. Through this role, nationals will also be trained to eventually take on the role and its responsibilities.

Seeking an individual to work in youth ministry, evangelizing and discipling young people, teaching the word, assisting in the planning and execution of family and youth camps. This person will also participate in leadership training and formation and help with managing community spaces.

Seeking individuals interested in ministry in the area of spiritual formation. Interns will be placed in roles according to their interest and backgrounds, and will serve in support roles in Mesa Global’s spiritual formation focus. Areas of focus may include assisting in the Mesa Global Engage retreat and other retreats, involvement in training opportunities, practitioner gatherings, and training. Cross-cultural placements may be available in some regions.

Seeking individuals who desire to be a catalyst for Christ’s formative missional work globally through investment in the heart of Christian leaders and communities. Responsibilities include serving with the Director of Spiritual Formation in the development of resources and retreats, mentoring, and contextualization. This person will provide on-going care and development for missionaries, foster formative communities, and strategically connect spiritual formation ministry within and beyond Mesa Global. Preferred cross-cultural ministry experience and seminary degree.

Seeking someone to help develop and facilitate transformational spaces of learning and development for partners. These are non residential spaces and short retreat spaces that involve ongoing relationship with participants. This person should have experience as mentors and facilitators and preferred experience in spiritual formation.

Seeking an individual to serve as a member of the servant team and give oversight for community rhythms. This person should have experience in the area of Spiritual formation and in mentoring or spiritual direction, which he or she will use to care for EM staff, invest in partners, and act as a shepherd within the community.
