In a country where nearly half the population is under 14, children with special needs often have little access to specialized care, support services, or educational resources. This role helps build practical support systems for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and communication challenges while equipping families and local caregivers with tools to help them thrive.

You'll work alongside local and missionary families to provide care, develop intervention plans, strengthen support networks, and help create sustainable resources for children with special needs in the community.

Preferred experience:

• Special needs education or care
• Child development
• Assessment and intervention planning
• Occupational therapy experience preferred
• Speech therapy experience preferred
• Behavioral therapy experience preferred
• Family support experience
• Training or mentoring experience
• Strong communication skills
• Cross-cultural adaptability
• Christian faith commitment
