Join our team and help transform a 42-acre ministry center into a productive, self-sustaining farm that supports ministry, feeds communities, and creates opportunities for local families.

In this role, you'll:

• Grow crops and develop sustainable farming systems
• Raise and care for livestock
• Develop and sell cash crops to support ministry efforts
• Train and mentor local farmers
• Serve alongside a Christ-centered team
• Use your agricultural skills to help create long-term solutions

This placement is more than farm labor. You will help evaluate what grows well locally, strengthen consistent farm routines, and explore appropriate methods that improve yields while caring for the land. Depending on your experience and the season, you may assist with demonstration plots, small-scale livestock, post-harvest handling, budgeting, marketing, or training & teaching others. Your willingness to learn from local knowledge and work patiently with the team will be as important as technical expertise.

You will join a close-knit missionary team and participate in regular worship, prayer, shared meals, and mentoring. Afternoons or slower agricultural seasons may also provide opportunities to serve in discipleship, youth ministry, education, health outreach, sports, or practical projects at the ministry center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, approaches challenges with humility and creativity, and wants to connect agriculture with long-term ministry impact.
