Mesa Global is seeking a Site Director for Avance Mexico to help lead a transformative discipleship and cross-cultural learning experience. Possible ministry opportunities include:   * Lead and support the Avance Mexico program and participant experience * Mentor young adults as they grow in their discipleship and spiritual formation * Help participants navigate life and ministry in a cross-cultural environment * Facilitate learning experiences that deepen participants' understanding of Scripture * Guide students in developing a biblical perspective on missions and global ministry * Build strong relationships with local ministry leaders and community partners * Encourage and support local leaders as they pursue their vision for impacting their churches, neighborhoods, and city * Foster a culture of humility, learning, collaboration, and service * Work closely with Mesa Global staff and local partners to ensure a meaningful and impactful experience Who We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you: * Have strong cross-cultural ministry experience * Possess a working knowledge of Spanish * Love mentoring and investing in young adults * Are passionate about discipleship, leadership development, and spiritual formation * Thrive in relationship-centered ministry * Have a heart for partnering with and empowering local leaders * Are adaptable, relational, and able to lead in dynamic environments * Desire to see lives transformed through God's global mission Why This Role Matters Avance Mexico is more than a program.
