As a Business as Mission Apprentice, you'll explore how business can create real solutions for communities while opening doors for meaningful relationships and Gospel impact.

You'll join a new and growing team focused on disciple-making, leadership development, and church planting among unreached people groups. While building a foundation in Business as Mission, you'll learn how entrepreneurial skills can be used to serve communities, create opportunities, and support long-term ministry efforts.

This is not a desk job. You'll spend your time immersed in local culture, building authentic friendships, learning the language, exploring community needs, and gaining hands-on experience in cross-cultural ministry.

What You'll Do

• Build meaningful relationships with local people in both urban and rural communities
• Learn the local language and culture through daily immersion
• Explore Business as Mission principles with experienced mentors
• Research community needs and opportunities for sustainable business solutions
• Develop a business concept and business plan during your apprenticeship
• Participate in village visits and community engagement opportunities
• Learn disciple-making and church planting principles
• Support and encourage local believers as they grow in their faith
• Participate in team prayer, worship, and spiritual formation
• Serve alongside a close-knit team committed to reaching unreached communities
