We're seeking a missionary couple to join the Mexican team as Camp Directors, helping create life-changing experiences where young people grow in their faith, build lasting friendships, and encounter God's love in a powerful way. Possible ministry opportunities include:   * Provide leadership and oversight for camp programs and activities * Create a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered camp environment * Recruit, train, and support camp staff and volunteers * Manage camp operations, logistics, and administration * Disciple and mentor campers, staff, and emerging leaders * Partner with local churches, ministries, and community leaders * Help develop and strengthen camp ministry for future growth * Serve alongside and support the Mexican ministry team Who We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you: * Have experience in camping ministry or outdoor education * Enjoy working with youth, families, and ministry teams * Have leadership and management experience * Thrive in cross-cultural settings and enjoy learning from others * Are adaptable, relational, and team-oriented * Have a passion for discipleship and leadership development * Desire to serve together as a couple in a meaningful ministry role Qualifications * Camp ministry experience and training preferred * Management and organizational leadership skills * Cross-cultural experience or training * A commitment to Christ-centered ministry and teamwork Why This Role Matters Camp experiences often become defining moments in a person's faith journey.
