East Mountain is seeking a Community Shepherd & Spiritual Formation Leader to serve on our Servant Team and guide the spiritual rhythms of our community. Possible ministry opportunities include:   * Lead and support community rhythms and gatherings * Mentor and encourage staff, residents, and ministry partners * Provide spiritual direction, discipleship, and pastoral care * Foster a healthy, Christ-centered culture * Collaborate with the Servant Team to strengthen community life and leadership development What We're Looking For * Experience in spiritual formation, mentoring, discipleship, or spiritual direction * A shepherd's heart and passion for developing others * Strong relationship-building and listening skills * A mature Christian faith and commitment to servant leadership * Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds If you're passionate about guiding others in their faith journey and building meaningful community, we'd love to hear from you.
