East Mountain is seeking a Community Shepherd & Spiritual Formation Leader to serve on our Servant Team and guide the spiritual rhythms of our community.

Possible ministry opportunities include:  

• Lead and support community rhythms and gatherings
• Mentor and encourage staff, residents, and ministry partners
• Provide spiritual direction, discipleship, and pastoral care
• Foster a healthy, Christ-centered culture
• Collaborate with the Servant Team to strengthen community life and leadership development

What We're Looking For

• Experience in spiritual formation, mentoring, discipleship, or spiritual direction
• A shepherd's heart and passion for developing others
• Strong relationship-building and listening skills
• A mature Christian faith and commitment to servant leadership
• Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
