Preferred Qualifications

• Significant experience working with middle and high school students
• Passion for mentoring adolescents
• Arts education training or degree preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Project-based learning experience preferred
• Creative and collaborative teaching style
• Cross-cultural adaptability
• Commitment to continuous learning
• Strong Christian faith and desire to serve
