Live With Purpose. Lead the Next Generation. East Mountain is seeking a couple or family passionate about Christian leadership development to serve as House Parents for our young adult residents. In this role, you will: * Live onsite in a ministry apartment above the student residences * Provide encouragement, support, and guidance to residents * Build meaningful relationships with young adults * Collaborate with the residency team to care for residents and strengthen the program * Assist with coordination related to housekeeping and property maintenance We're looking for people who: * Have a heart for discipleship and mentoring * Enjoy building community * Are committed to Christian leadership development * Bring cross-cultural experience (preferred) Help shape the next generation of Christian leaders while living in a vibrant residential community.
