East Mountain is seeking a couple or family passionate about Christian leadership development to serve as House Parents for our young adult residents.

In this role, you will:

• Live onsite in a ministry apartment above the student residences
• Provide encouragement, support, and guidance to residents
• Build meaningful relationships with young adults
• Collaborate with the residency team to care for residents and strengthen the program
• Assist with coordination related to housekeeping and property maintenance

We're looking for people who:

• Have a heart for discipleship and mentoring
• Enjoy building community
• Are committed to Christian leadership development
• Bring cross-cultural experience (preferred)
