Teach. Disciple. Make an Impact in West Africa.

What if your classroom could help advance the Gospel?

On the West Coast of Africa, an international Christian school is helping global workers stay on the field by providing quality education for their children. At the same time, the school serves local and international families from a wide range of cultural and religious backgrounds, creating unique opportunities for discipleship, relationship-building, and Gospel witness.

We're looking for passionate teachers who want more than a career. We're looking for people who want to invest in the next generation while serving in a region where many have never heard the message of Jesus.

As part of this opportunity, you'll join a diverse community of educators and ministry workers serving among unreached people groups throughout West Africa. From the classroom to conversations with students and families, every day brings opportunities to build relationships that matter.

What You'll Do:

• Teach at an ACSI-accredited international Christian school
• Serve students from Pre-K through 12th grade
• Support missionary families, local families, and international families
• Invest in students academically, spiritually, and relationally
• Build connections with people from many cultures and backgrounds
• Be part of a larger team working to reach unreached people groups across West Africa

Who We're Looking For:

People who are passionate about teaching and willing to serve cross-culturally.

Elementary Teachers

Secondary Subject Teachers

Special Education Teachers

Education Professionals

Recent Graduates Exploring Missions and Education

Why This Matters:

One of the biggest challenges for global workers is access to quality education for their children. By serving in the classroom, you'll help families remain on the field while also creating opportunities for Gospel influence among students and families from around the world.

This isn't simply a teaching position.

It's an opportunity to help strengthen ministry across West Africa, invest in future leaders, and live out your faith in a place where the Gospel is still needed.

If you're ready to use your skills, grow through cross-cultural ministry, and make an eternal impact, this could be your next step.
