Married couples are especially encouraged to apply, with opportunities for wives to lead women's groups, provide mentoring, and help coordinate ministry inside the prisons.

Over the past six years, prison ministry in Colón has grown rapidly, with more people than ever seeking hope, healing, and a relationship with Christ. Together with Punto de Encuentro Church and Mesa Global, you'll help meet a growing need through consistent presence, discipleship, and compassionate care.
