Across West Africa, the Fulani people stretch from country to country, carrying a rich history, strong cultural identity, and deep Islamic faith. While millions remain unreached, a small and growing number are beginning to follow Jesus.

We're looking for people who are ready to serve in a challenging but meaningful environment, building relationships with families impacted by disability and helping create pathways for support, care, and community.

This is not a typical mission opportunity. It's a chance to serve alongside a pioneering team using compassionate care as a platform for sharing the hope of Christ among one of the world's largest unreached people groups.

What You'll Do:

• Build meaningful relationships with families impacted by disability
• Support the development of disability care and family support networks
• Help create training and outreach opportunities for caregivers and communities
• Serve alongside experienced workers already engaged in local ministry
• Learn language and culture while living among the people you serve
• Use practical compassion to demonstrate the love of Christ

Why It Matters

Many families in this region have little to no access to disability resources, education, or support services. Children and adults with disabilities are often overlooked, while their families face significant challenges with limited assistance.

By helping strengthen care and support systems, you'll serve some of the most vulnerable people in the region while creating opportunities for lasting gospel relationships.

• Experience with disabilities, education, therapy, healthcare, social work, community development, or family ministry is helpful but not required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in any field
