In Spain, only 1% of people know Christ personally. Thousands of university students are navigating questions about identity, purpose, belonging, and faith without ever having a Christian friend who can walk alongside them.

As a University Ministry Apprentice, you'll join a growing movement through Fusion España that equips local churches to reach students through authentic relationships. Instead of relying on large events or programs, you'll connect with students where life happens: over coffee, in classrooms, during campus activities, through shared meals, and in everyday conversations.

You'll serve alongside local churches and the Fusion España team in Granada, helping build a sustainable, church-centered approach to university ministry. From mentoring students and supporting outreach initiatives to strengthening partnerships between churches and universities, you'll play a hands-on role in helping young adults encounter Jesus.

Granada's vibrant university culture, international student population, and relational lifestyle create unique opportunities to build meaningful friendships that lead to life-changing conversations. In a culture where trust develops slowly, your consistent presence can make an eternal impact.

You can also earn a Master's in Cross-Cultural Mission through Kairos University while serving, equipping you for a lifetime of ministry and leadership.
