We seek to walk alongside Latin American leaders in their development and transformation. We do this by teaching courses at ESEPA and partnering with local churches. A key part of this process is one-on-one mentoring with these leaders.
Nelson is committed to mentoring and accompanying men who are in need of the transformation that only God can provide. He does this through his ministry in a men’s prison, working with inmates as they transition to partial or full freedom, and by meeting one-on-one with men for spiritual mentoring.
Vikki serves in member care with Mesa Global and FEDEMEC, walking alongside global workers in Latin America and Southeast Asia. She provides spiritual mentoring and direction, as well as a prayerful, listening ear to these women.
- Pray for the courses being developed to teach at ESEPA, especially the 14-week leadership course focused on transformational leadership, with the goal of helping leaders finish well.
- Pray for the men Nelson meets with. Many are living with the consequences of sin and are in deep need of God’s transformation and grace.
- Pray for the women Vikki meets with, that God would bring hope, healing, and transformation in their lives.
- Pray for God’s provision of 3–4 new monthly supporters or one church.
