I retired from full-time ministry in August 2024, but continue to offer volunteer consulting services as needed to field workers with To All Nations in Germany, India, Malawi, Thailand, and other locations served by To All Nations a German mission organization. Most of my work focuses on Strategic Planning Board and Leadership Team Development, and Executive Coaching for Ministry leaders.
- Please pray that our work will build ministry capacity and sustainability for the long haul, by involving nationals to be responsible and own the work without creating dependency.
- Pray for leadership courage to manage change well and invest in the next generation of leadership.
- Pray for spiritual unity as we work across churches, denominations, and bible schools.
