Than serves at the Ethiopian Graduate School of Theology, teaching courses in missions, development studies, and academic writing, and fills the position of Coordinator for Hybrid Education, coordinating and developing all aspects of hybrid education. His role also includes mentoring students each semester in personal development.

Ruthina serves at Bingham Academy as Director of Holistic Student Development. Bingham Academy is a K-12 school that “provides quality Christian education within a multicultural community, developing students of integrity who can change the world for God’s glory.” Ruthina focuses on the integration of chapel, Bible classes, social and emotional development and wellbeing with student life and learning at Bingham.

Charlotte attends Bingham Academy and enjoys playing with neighborhood friends, reading, caring for her turtles, and befriending newborn kittens that often appear near our house.
