Shawn first learned of Slovenia in December of 2001 when he heard God clearly say, “You’re going to Slovenia.” Two years later, Shawn married his wife Christena. In their first months of marriage they miraculously met missionaries serving in Slovenia.
It was eleven years after God said, “You’re going to Slovenia” that Shawn, Christena and their 4 kids moved to Slovenia. They have a burden to see this country changed by God where only 1% know Jesus as their personal Savior. Shawn and Christena are passionate to see God's Word and Light spread in Slovenia and reach this country for Christ.
- Pray that we would be bold in sharing Christ and fight the enemy with confidence in Christ.
- Pray for a movement of God in Slovenia that finds its home in the local church and transforms society.
- Pray for favor from the Lord to build trust and relationships with the people of Slovenia.
