Our ministry vision is to support the church in the U.K. by equipping its next generation of leaders. The U.K. is a "post-Christian" culture, meaning it has not only “moved on” from Christianity, but is actively trying to oppose its fundamental claims. According to "The Quiet Revival," 12% of the UK population attend church once a month, and over a third of those people claim to lack confidence in reading Scripture. In fact, many have testified that reading Scripture confuses their faith. This reveals a heavy lack of leadership in the U.K. church. One missionary in the U.K. works with a pastor who oversees 13 churches by himself. This is not by choice; this is due to a lack of leadership. In order to strengthen the U.K. church, a new wave of leaders is necessary. By August of 2026, we hope to be in the U.K. serving on staff at a local church striving to equip the next generation of leaders.
- Pray that God would further burden our hearts for the U.K. church. We want to be all in on the mission we are joining!
- Pray that we would meet our needs to depart in August 2026. If we do not meet our deadlines in support-raising, our sending date will be deferred to the next semester.
- Pray that our marriage would strengthen and grow in order to thrive while serving in the U.K.
