Hey there! I’m Maggie. Church history, England, and Jesus get me stoked!I have found deep joy in studying Biblical Studies and Church History at Colorado Christian University. My sweet friends, the beautiful mountains, seasons of pain, and Denver homeless ministry have all taught me more about the heart of God.
This summer, I’ll spend 10 weeks in the UK as a summer intern with the Alliance for Transatlantic Theological Training (AT3), a ministry that exists to create thriving transatlantic church partnerships that will launch UK and US leaders trained to face the onrush of secularism. Since AT3 is a UK charity, they partner with Mesa Global, a missions organization in the US, to send US interns. Together, they equip workers to serve the local church and prepare for ministry in a post-Christian context.
I desire to understand our post-Christian culture so I can minister with my delight in the wisdom of the past. I am so grateful to have this opportunity and hope you will partner with me.
- God to raise up more leaders in the UK church.
- Discernment and articulation in conversation.
- Humility and compassion while engaging with those different from me.
- The softening of hard hearts of those in the UK.
- Continual dependence upon the Lord and surrendering of unnecessary burdens.
- Prayers against loneliness and the attack of the enemy.
