Dear Mesa Global Partners,
The theme of this Annual Report is joy. Joy may be in short supply today, but it is prevalent in the Bible, and it starts with God. My favorite glimpse of our joyful God is Luke 15.
Jesus is sharing a meal with people who are far from God—or at least far from God’s people. He is criticized for associating with sinners. So, he tells three stories: The lost sheep, the lost coin, and the lost son. In each case, something is lost, and when it is found, there is great rejoicing. Then Jesus says,“In the same way, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” Jesus goes on to picture God as a gracious Father welcoming everyone to a great celebration for his lost son who has returned home!
As you read this Annual Report, you could interpret the stories and numbers as the results of the strategies and efforts of our organization, and, of course, we honor our missionaries and partners around the world for their faithful service.A better way to interpret these results is to see that the gospel of grace is bearing fruit among the nations! If you listen, you can almost hear the celebration going on in the Father’s house and you can hear his invitation to come and rejoice with him! Alleluia!

Regional Training Hubs
The church in the global south is growing rapidly. The need for well-formed leaders grows with it. New approaches are needed to make training accessible to those outside the reach of current programs. Regional Training Hubs connect schools, training programs, and churches to meet that need. We launched our 5th hub in Anglophone Africa to facilitate collaboration, train local leaders, and multiply leaders for the church and its mission.
Key Impact:
Strengthened 33 seminaries to provide theological education for women in ministry.
Launched training that is now reaching 2,000 pastors in Sierra Leone.
Facilitated workshops enhancing online and transformational education throughout Africa.
Institutes for Excellence
Our Institutes for Excellence are week-long workshops that equip and empower theological educators worldwide.
This year, we:
Resumed in-person Institutes: in Ukraine and Africa.
Had 336 participants from 128 schools at 5 Institutes globally.
Fostered region-wide culture change in theological education by convening discussions on strengthening female faculty, bridging formal and non-formal education to multiply trainers, and partnering with churches to form leaders.
Spiritual Formation
We provide spaces for our global workers and national partners to be renewed in their relationship with Jesus and refreshed for long-term ministry effectiveness.
In FY24, we:
Hosted 3 in-person retreats
Conducted 21 spiritual formation training sessions for national leaders
Focus: Nurturing deep formation in Christ out of which flow effective relationships and healthy ministry
These initiatives strengthen our spiritual foundations, ensuring that our workers and the leaders we equip are well-formed to do ministry in Jesus’ way.

About the Regional Training Hubs
Mesa Global's Regional Training Hubs are collaborative networks designed to equip local church leaders with the theological formation and practical skills they need to serve their communities faithfully and effectively. Each Hub brings together seminaries, training organizations, and local churches in a given region to coordinate efforts, share resources, and support one another. Through leadership development, mentorship, and contextually rooted training, the Hubs strengthen a pipeline of church leaders who can respond to local needs with wisdom, integrity, and biblical faithfulness.

Strengthening Measurement Across Regional Training Hubs
Over the past year, Mesa Global has partnered with Radiant Global Insights to strengthen the way we measure and communicate the results of our Regional Training Hubs Program. These Hubs serve as strategic platforms that equip local churches through Mesa Global's vast network of 130+ seminaries and non-formal training partners, ensuring transformative, biblical formation reaches church leaders far beyond traditional program boundaries. Together with Radiant, we developed a logic model and Theory of Change -to help us understand more deeply how our training activities connect to meaningful outcomes for our Hub network, our training partners, and the church leaders and
communities they serve.

Our Goals for Hubs
Through Hubs, Mesa Global seeks to transform how theological education and ministry training happen worldwide. The Hubs aim to decrease barriers to fit-for-purpose theological education, promote the use of regionally contextual training materials, and align training more closely with the formation needs of local churches. They also work to reduce reliance on poor-quality or externally- driven training, increase the skill sets of trainers, and foster greater responsiveness to social issues and challenges facing church leaders. Ultimately, the Hubs are designed to create dynamic, self-sustaining ecosystems of ministry formation so that flourishing churches in every place are led by equipped local leaders who can meet the greatest needs of
their communities.

Evaluating Outcomes to Demonsrate Change
Building on our work with Radiant, we are currently completing an outcomes evaluation of
partner training ministries across four regions. This effort is delivering the first robust data set on how the training partners we support are shaping spiritual growth, leadership development, and
local church vitality across our Hub regions. For donors, this marks a critical milestone: your support is not only expanding access to biblical formation for church leaders but is also helping us
rigorously demonstrate its long-term outcomes. These insights will empower Mesa Global to direct resources more strategically, amplify what works, and share compelling stories of transformation with our global community of partners and supporters. Expect to see this data
from us in the coming months!

Looking Ahead with Joy
The story of joy at Mesa Global is still being written. As we look back on the year of ministry, equipping, partnership, and generosity that God has provided for, we also look ahead with expectation to all he will continue to do. As we come around the table with global leaders, partners, and donors we are inspired to share in this joy together.
We anticipate a season of continued growth and deepening of relationships in our spheres of ministry. We are laying the ground work to establish a sixth Regional Training Hub with our partners in the Middle East and North Africa region. We have expanded our Mesa Intern locations in anticipation of more next-generation workers responding to God's invitation to serve. We are pouring into young leaders serving with our ministry teams to equip them for more influence and sustainable ministry impact.
None of this is possible without you. You are part of the Mesa family, coming together in prayer, in presence, and in partnership. With Christ before us and your partnership beside us, the joy of giving has no end. Thank you for being a part of what God is doing around the world through Mesa Global.
Your generosity in supporting the work of Mesa Global is equipping servant leaders and sharing the love of Christ across the globe.
