What if your next season wasn't just about gaining experience, but helping bring hope to communities where many people have never heard the name of Jesus?

As a Church Planting Apprentice, you'll join a growing team focused on sharing the Gospel, making disciples, and helping establish healthy, Gospel-centered churches among unreached people in Southeast Asia. You'll serve alongside experienced mentors who will equip you for cross-cultural ministry while helping you grow in your faith, leadership, and ministry skills.

This role is built around relationships. You'll spend your time connecting with people in everyday settings, learning local culture and language, investing in friendships, and walking alongside local believers as they develop into leaders who can impact their own communities.

You'll be part of a new and expanding team serving as a launch pad for future workers. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and practical ministry opportunities, you'll learn what it looks like to help make disciples and multiply churches in places with little Gospel access.
