Our Annual Report shares an overview of our ministries, but this Impact Report highlights the tangible outcomes of our work in leadership development around the world. Together with our partners, we are investing in the multiplication of trainers and the formation of leaders who are equipping churches for faithful, effective ministry in their communities.
Around the world, the Church is growing—and with that growth comes an urgent need for thoughtful, contextual leadership development. Many emerging leaders have deep passion and calling but limited access to formal training and support. Mesa Global exists to come alongside these leaders, strengthening theological education and expanding access to quality training where it is needed most.
We believe this is a pivotal moment for global leader formation. Through strategic collaboration—including our Regional Training Hub strategy—we are fostering innovation, partnership, and long-term sustainability in theological education. We are grateful to be part of a global movement committed to equipping leaders for God’s mission, and we are thankful for the many partners who make this work possible.
